Barr Potter, founder and CEO of Tripod Entertainment, Inc. (d/b/a MediaWide Consultants), has been in the entertainment industry for over 35 years developing, financing and producing feature films and television series (both live-action and animation). Prior to Tripod, Barr was Chairman and CEO of Largo Entertainment, Inc., which was involved in the financing, acquisition and worldwide sales of 20 feature films. During his tenure, Largo became one of the top independent foreign sales agencies in the world, and Barr was recognized by Screen International Magazine as one of the “Power 100” executives in the industry. Barr holds a degree from Columbia University School of Law. He is also a screenwriter and member of the New York State Bar and the California State Bar.
